Document Control Specialist

Duties:

Prepare all necessary technical documentation for TA Supervisors and Operations Coordinators.
Provide and prepare temporary TA instructions for safe Units and equipment shutdown and start-up, temporary procedures for project works and modifications/chemical cleaning in appropriate format before loading to the system.
Working with the Operations Coordinators:
Keep track of technical personnel/operators for TA.
Draw up a work schedule for temporary TA coordinators/foremen/operators.
Place and reserve accommodation requests for all employees involved in TA-2020.
Provide support to prepare materials and documentation for engineering work requests (EWR) working with the Coordinators in FETOP.
Prepare and update presentations, MoMs for weekly, monthly reports
Keep track and control daily statuses for all Units:
Job Packs
Completed procedures
Project procedures
Action plans
Scope Changes
Descopes
Keep MoMs after meetings and audits.
Participate in weekly audits with the Operation Coordinators followed by minutes and notifications to the Section Supervisors on findings.
Keep track, scan and create folders to store soft copies and to file hard copies (originals).
Collect original copies (Acts, Checklists and Chemical MSDS) for Operations.
Complete other special assignments
Perform various analysis of reports, or according to the Work package, schemes of discharging, etc.
Support and collect/control all appropriate documentation to initiate MOC up to its closure in the system.
Write descriptions of the Request for Change;
Arrange a PSSR followed by scanning and providing information on the punch items.
Work up and timely track elimination of PSSR “B” punch items so as to promote and close MOC
Register MOC statuses for a weekly report prior the IMPACT meeting and to track statuses.
The candidate will be required to perform verbal interpretation in the field as needed.
Requires:

Minimum 3 years of work experience in document control.
Excellent computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
English Proficiency Level - Upper-intermediate/Advanced
Team player
Good time management skills
