Qualification and Experience  Requirements:

Appropriate  education from a certified Technical College or University or other appropriate life skills to offset education requirements

Minimum 3 years of Operations experience in Oil & Gas Industry.

Deep understanding of the operational workflows and the links to HSE, Operating Integrity, Maintenance and relevant technical disciplines.

Personal knowledge of best operational practices.

Ability to lead and inspire dispersed multi-cultural communities.

Ability to implement complex strategies.

Strong influencing skills and the ability to forge relationships.

Experience in leading and implementing change.

Proven track-record in developing people.

Skilled in Oil and Gas processing plant operations and utility support.

Sustainability and continuous improvement opportunities within the SPO process.

Implementation of new SPO tools as they are rolled out and continuous education around the SPO tools and SPO Work Process.
