Location: Tengiz 28/28

• Lead, supervise, mentor

and guide the project Services Team: Camp and Field Facilities Supervisors, Catering, Accommodation and Field Facilities Coordinators, Assistants ensuring project procedures and policies are being followed, communicate daily activities and support where required.
• Manage the operational running of internal camps (company), execution of contractor accommodations strategy and the project provided managed beds operation for five external camps
• Manage the operation of the field catering contract at more than 23 mess halls (serving ~20k lunches/day at peak). 
• Contractor engagement and management for catering and accommodation service providers, agreeing SLA’s / KPI’s and ensuring contractual compliance.
• Act as Facility Owner (FO) with approved training and orders, for all PTW within company boundaries, ensuring PTW instructions are observed.
• Actively represent project on the Tengiz Water Governance working team.
• Part of the EMT team and act as logistics support/back-up to project Services Manager (Logistics Chief) and designee when the services manager is absent, on level 2 Emergency Management Team, ensuring relevant training and competencies are undertaken as required.
• Manage the workload of the special project in alignment with the Site Facilities team and other relevant departments on small Projects which are required within the project operations scope.
• Execution, quality, and timeliness of job functions provided by the job description, within the limits of applicable ROK legislation.. 
• Lead the systematic management of Safety, environmental, reliability, and efficiency which is in support of the company Operational Excellence strategy and lead the IIF Culture transformation with respective contractors for Catering and Accommodation.
• Compliance with labor discipline, safety, labor protection and fire safety requirements.
• Liaison with key Project management team personnel as required for operational and business needs in support of the Accommodation, Catering and Field Facilities operation
