- Maintains good control over and has immediate knowledge of all activities occurring on site.
- Monitors all work performed on site to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design.
- Oversight inspections of in process and completed work, installations and testing to ensure compliance with project design specifications and drawings in a timely manner.
- Ensure contractors performance of inspections follow project design specifications and drawings and as prescribed by project Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality verification documents, in a timely manner.
