Orken‐IOCC Vendor Coordinator
Обязанности:
Responsible to develop and keep up‐to‐date the Vendor Service Tracker according the Commissioning
Requirements.
Acts as a point of contact between System Owners and Vendors. Coordination of vendor service
personnel for Tengiz Site assignments.
Responsible to develop and keep up‐to‐date the Spare Part Tracker with direction by System Owners.
Communicate with the Vendor Representatives and the System Owners to align with the Vendor
Supports for Commissioning.
Works closely with the Project Contract, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commissioning
Teams to align with the requirements.
Coordinates mobilization of vendor personnel.
Establishes, follow up new service agreements with Project Contract Team.
Negotiates and resolve contractual and commercial disputes with the Project Contract Team.
Supports Vendor relations, logistics and custom compliance teams on vendor issues to resolve as
quickly and efficiently as possible.
Reports to Systems Completion Manager.
Требования:
Extensive ability of coordination and communication across a range of large facility support,
infrastructure and operational systems.
Good knowledge about Microsoft Office Software.
Must be a self‐motivated, proactive and problem solver.
Ability to demonstrate model behaviours and be comfortable working closely with peers and senior
leadership across the organization.
Demonstrated ability to identify and build key relationships that contribute to high‐class business
results
Demonstrated commitment to values of integrity, partnership and trust and achieving an incident and injury free environment
Five (5) years’ experience working on large‐mega size turnover projects.
Good knowledge of written and oral business English.
