HSSE Competence Coordinator (For KZ residents only)
- A Technical University Diploma, a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent in Health and Safety Management, preferably with an oil&gas engineering background.
- Certification as auditor per main international standards OHSAS 18001 or ISO 9001.
- The job holder must have at least 6-8 years experience in HSSE (oil and gas industry) with considerable HSSE training, competence & assurance process;
- The job holder will be required to pass RoK Industrial, Fire and Labour Safety Knowledge Assessment and internal training courses.
- NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma, competence assessor qualification is advantageous;
- On and offshore experience in similar roles within the O&G industry.
- Passion, drive & commitment for HSSE excellence;
- Proven focus on performance improvement;
- Good understanding of the HSSE management system and their application in the workplaces;
- Good understanding of the safety regulatory frameworks and legislation of the RoK;
- Good report writing and computing skills;
- Highly developed communications skills verbal, written and influencing skills at all levels through presentations and structured discussions for all stakeholders including state and local regulatory bodies;
- Ability to work in an international and diverse environment;
