Commercial Manager
Requirements:
- University degree
- MA in business administration, finance or similar relevant field
- Previous Commercial experience for 5 years, preferably in multinational FMCG companies
- People management experience for 3 years
- In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
- Strong stakeholders management
- Ability to work under pressure in a consistently changing environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Fluency in English, Russian languages
- Helicopter view combined with strong strategy execution and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Planning, developing and implementing commercial strategies based on company goals and objectives with the main goal to support and accelerate growth
- Short and mid-term strategy development and execution with responsibility for both Off Trade (Key Accounts and General Trade) and On Trade (HoReCa channel)
- Explore CA markets (Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan) and identify opportunities for volume growth
- Conducting market research and analysis to develop business plans for commercial opportunities.
- Identify the best route to market for each country, build distribution
- Check local Product regulation/threats on regular base and react properly
- Overrsee local financial statements, responsible for budget process with full support from regional Finance team
- P&L control, pricing management, FX and value chains control
- Trade promo budget control and implementation support
- Collaborate with, coordinate and train diverse teams such as marketing, sales and customer service
- Establishing and keeping efficient relationship with Distribution Partners ensuring win-win cooperation in each market
- Negotiations with top managers of Company’s Distribution Partners and top Key Accounts
- Support Distribution Partners on daily routines and demands
