Real Estate Advisor (For KZ residents only)
- High education level with experience in properties coordination
- 3 years of experience in services and in Facilities management is an advantage
- Must have sound understanding of ROK requirements for building services
- Advanced AutoCAD experience
- The job holder must have proven competency in the use of PC and associated applications, including AutoCAD
- Experience in office space allocation, utilization, planning and administration
- Good Kazakh, Russian and English both written and spoken
- General understanding of BOMA, OSCRE industry-standards may be required
- Working knowledge of contracts and agreements
- Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements
- Working knowledge of building maintenance
- Understanding of marketing and customer service principles
