Project Coordinator.

2.1. Working alongside Construction supervisor to complete construction proposals, quotations, and pre-qualification.

2.2. Ongoing tracking and reporting of project progress and costs.

2.3. Writing and distributing meeting minutes for project meetings.

2.4. Scheduling of construction activities with MS Project. Primavera is an asset.

2.5. Coordination of project activities with construction and operations teams.

2.6. Project Coordinator manages organizing contractual QA/QC requirements and working with quality team to meet material, method and inspection objectives.

2.7. Project Coordinator provides input ongoing risk management of all aspects of projects.

2.8. Preparation and review of project documentation, specifications and drawings with the construction  operations manager and the supervisors.

2.9. Set up of new projects and jobs in line with internal and client procedures.

2.10. Assisting with reconciling invoicing issues.
