• Experience in a professional environment (profile) Experience in a leadership position in general construction work in the industrial construction of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, the energy industry

• Professional knowledge and skills necessary for the performance of duties Knowledge:
• Knowledge of regulatory documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on control over the construction and installation, works rules of acceptance and delivery of completed construction facilities
• Experience with project documentation
• Knowledge of modern technologies and trends in the metallurgical industry
• Knowledge of the technology and methods of installation of mechanical equipment, the procedure for testing mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of technological processes at the enterprises of the energy and/or metallurgical complex (depending on the specifics of the project)
• Knowledge of GOST, SNiP in the design and construction of mechanical equipment. EN, ISO (additional advantage)
• Knowledge of regulatory and technical documentation in the field of operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment
• Practical experience in the operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment (at least 5 years)
• Knowledge of legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan governing the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment
• Technical characteristics of the main mechanical equipment
• Tolerance of parameters
• Skills in the development of technical tasks for design, tasks for the manufacture and supply of mechanical equipment

• Experience as a mechanical engineer at metallurgical enterprises
• Operating experience of mechanical equipment in the metallurgical industry (boilers, blowers, co-generation plants, pyrolysis furnaces, air separation stations, etc.)
• Skills of working with design and estimate documentation, analysis of technical solutions and their optimization
• MS Office software skills (Word, excel, power point, MS Project, Visio)
• Skills in the development of technical tasks for design, tasks for the manufacture and supply of mechanical equipment
• Maximum requirements (optional):
• Experience in engineering companies
• Knowledge of the principles of project management (initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring and control, closure)
• Knowledge of the requirements for the composition and quality of engineering documentation and the principles of its adaptation to local design standards
• Knowledge of English (level of reading and writing). Fluency in Kazakh, Russian and English (writing and speaking)
