Administrative Assistant (For KZ residents only)
- 3 + years’ experience in Administration sphere.
- A degree in any subject is acceptable, although languages, business studies or management degree holders may be at an advantage.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills as they will have to interact with individuals at all levels..
- Must be extremely well-organized, able to multitask and prioritize. Able to work independently, efficiently, fast and under deadline pressure.
- Must be positive attitude, attention to details, patience and persistence and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be trilingual – English (Upper-Intermediate, Advanced)/ Kazakh / Russian
- Good interpersonal skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Service orientation, Stress Tolerance
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Problem-solving and critical & analytical thinking skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational & planning skills with the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Visio and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
