Responsibilities:
Report to HSE Manager
Carrying out environmental impact assessments.
Writing reports and issuing recommendations for Project team.
Conduct inspections in accordance with the ELC CIP and action plan to report performance against key performance indicators.
Develops and implements systems for managing and monitoring programs to ensure compliance with Client, AETS and regulatory ELC obligations
Communicate effectively at all levels within the organization to obtain insights into ongoing ELC performance, to influence operations for constant performance improvements and to improve awareness
Delivers ELC training in assistance from HSE Training Coordinator sessions that will instruct in a range of ELC issues.
Collate and verify the data for ELC monthly report and KPIs
Carry out scheduled site visits/ inspections/audits
Collect and collate relevant data for RoK compliance
Develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when required
Taking control over the Project Waste Management requirements and keep records of utilized waste during project execution
Liaise with TCO ELC team for cooperation and managing ELC requirements during Project execution
Establish a project culture where everyone believes all incidents and operating and that “Zero incidents” is possible.
Submit daily and weekly reports for executed ELC activities
Promote Project environmental policy within project members
Identify or develop strategies or methods to minimize the environmental impact of industrial construction processes. liaising with and advising site managers, engineers and construction team members
Interact with potential Contractor responsible for Project waste transportation and utilization
Liaise with local authorities on any Environmental requirements
Conduct weekly visual inspection with HSE manager on Company construction sites for determination any areas of improvement from ELC side

Requirements:
High education in the field of environmental management or high technical education.
Experience – more than 5 years
Very good knowledge of RoK environmental requirements
Excellent knowledge of below listed languages are mandatory:
Kazakh language
Russian language
English language
Sound knowledge of International/ National Safety Standards and procedures
Experience working with TCO Tengiz field is benefit for candidate
Be a leader in workplace safety and environmental protection
Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio is essential
The job holder must have proven:
Exceptional organization skills, written and verbal communication ability
An advanced understanding of HSE skills such as hazard analysis, risk assessment, HSE training, auditing and monitoring is essential.
Leadership skills and natural decision maker.
Good communication and influencing skill.
Must be self-motivated and able to take initiative.

Terms:
Working schedule is 28/28 rotation in Tengiz.
Accommodation in a shift camp and three meals daily are provided by the company.
