HES Team Lead MPM (For KZ residents only)
- Provide subject matter expertise and day-to-day support of the management and execution of health, environment and safety initiatives to Project Leadership Team
- Partner with Contractor Leadership and HES Management to implement
- Company HES representative responsible for all HES/ELC aspects of contractor management through pre-mobilization (e.g. expectation clarification; contractor scoring; approval of Contractor HES Plans; on-boarding; mobilization readiness)
- Routinely interfaces with BPs regarding HES/ELC performance and HES matters. Manages Contractor HES Mitigation Plans (if applicable)
