Growth Projects Support Delivery Manager (for KZ passport holders)

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or Project Management or multiyear proven experience in Project Management.

Experience 

Proven experience of at least 10-12 years in a Project Management role, ideally within Oil and Gas and in remote environments.

Familiar with design and construction of marine asset or demonstrated equivalent level or expertise in oil and gas industry.

Demonstrated experience with Contracts Management process

Proven ability to lead teams with a calm and analytic approach to problem solving.

Good Planning capability, problem solving and analytical skills 

Ability to lead and coach National staff.

Willingness and ability to act as mentor and teacher to national staff and assist with training program,

Computer literacy and fully competent & proficient in all MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel & MS Project.

Fluent English both written and oral as well as effective communication skills.

Excellent health, fully fit and free to travel to Offshore and Onshore Locations where high concentration of H2S and SCBA is required.
