Base Manager
Base Manager responsibilities:
1) Controlling and prioritizing activities for Head of Mechanic
a) Prioritizing the repairs of the equipment
b) Controlling the spare parts delivery, in conjunction with Procurement team. Making sure frame agreement is working properly. Ensuring consumables and spares part on time.
c) Managing sub-contractor agreements for repairing vehicles/machinery
d) Approval of overtimes for mechanics
2) Control and prioritizing activities for Transport Coordinator
a) Prioritizing inspections
b) Approval of overtimes for drivers/operators
3) Renting activities
a) Searching for project required equipment
b) Pursuing the signing of renting equipment contract, between AETS and Rental Company
c) Approvals of time sheets of renting equipment
4) AETS Properties
a) Base activities. Asset maintenance and repairs, any kind. (Office, toilets, devices, etc).
b) Construction of any in-house item (hard barricades, survey pins, cranes pads, tents, etc)
c) Arranging TCO inspections for coffee/tea containers.
d) Ensuring availability of fuel.
e) Resolving ELC and HSE issues in CC base and RV base
Requirements:
a) Experience – not less than 10 years in Transportation field
b) Experience on Tengiz field will be a plus
c) Bachelor/Master degree (mechanical degree preferred)
d) Strong command of English (IELTS 6.5)
