Recruitment & Training Specialist (Atyrau, 5/2)
Main requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Min 2 years of experience as an Internal Recruiter
- experience in organization of soft skills training, professional development training for employees
- fluent in Russian, English, Kazakh
- Ability to work efficiently in team
- excellent communication skills.
Job duties:
- Liaise with LMs (line managers) regarding positions open
- prepare recruitment plan (strategy) for each vacancy
- source and interview candidates
- conducts appropriate tests
- arrange interviews with line managers and higher management
- organize professional training, re-training for employees
- collect feedback on the training provided.
