- knowledge of DOP equipment
- actual experience in using DOP equipment
- working experience with excavators
- daily maintenance checks of mechanical and hydraulic equipment
- understanding of technical English language, relating to construction and large plant operations
- offshore working in North East Caspian sea
- general fitness to work offshore
- safe systems of work, PTW systems, general HSE awareness
