·                    Experience working in Kazakhstan

·                    Experience with major international EPC contractors

·                    Experience working in a Materials Management role in the Oil and Gas industry.

·                    Experience in coordinating material/equipment requirements in support of Work Package and Fabrication or Construction sequence

·                    Proficiency in Material Management Systems including material allocation/reservation systems/processes.

·                    Strong written/verbal communication skills. 

·                    Previous experience working in a 'manage by influence' environment with significant internal/external interfaces.

·                    Good organization, communication and listening skills

·                    Confidence in dealing with people and working in large teams

·                    Strong data analysis, spreadsheet and reporting skills. 

·                    Knowledge of materials management software applications

·                    A commitment to continuous professional development

·                    Use feedback for improvement of own performance

·                    Facilitate teamwork by setting an example (behavior, communication)

·                    Write and speak in clear and persuasive manner, using corresponding arguments, style and language

·                    Effectively communicate with a multinational workforce and promote a productive culture
