• Good knowledge of Equipment and Materials Certification & Permitting procedures in RoK
• Previous work experience in the sphere of RoK and EAC Certification (RoK / EAC CoCs, Permits to Use, Sanitary, Medical registration, Metrology certification)
• Previous work experience with Contractors preferred
• Able to keep up to date with Regulatory Requirements applicable to scope of services
• Able to provide consultancy services related to RoK legislative requirements
• Good level of Russian, & English languages is essential, Kazakh language is an advantage
• Self-directed
• Flexible- willing to take on a wide variety of regulatory/ permitting related tasks
• Comfortable with multitasking in a fluid work environment
• Strong team player
• Good communication skills
