Accountant - Abu Dhabi Plaza Shopping Center

Reporting

- Ensure the timely and accurate closing of all ledgers and accounts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

- Report on a monthly basis the actual and budget and related variances

- Ensure the credibility and accuracy of the General ledger.

- Ensure the reconciliation of balance sheet schedules and follow up with Departments on outstanding issues and concerns

Payroll, Advance reports , Payables/Expenses, Fixed Assets:

- Calculation of salaries and other employee benefits and based on that preparation tax and statistic reports;

- Processing of advance reports (preparation of documents for representation expenses, calculation of daily subsistence allowance);

- Ensure all AP and expenses properly checked and entered in the system;

- Performs work on fixed assets accounting, depreciation charge. Preparation of all documents and participates in the stocktaking;

- Performs work on inventory accounting. Preparation of all documents and participates in the stocktaking.

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Min of: 3+ years of related experience

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE

•Experience of accounting within foreign companies..

•Strong experience in Kazakhstan Statutory accounting.

•Experience working with finance ERP systems.

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

•Good analytical skills

•Vigilant and detail oriented

•Strong communication skills

•Strong time management capabilities

QUALIFICATION

Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
