IT Inventory Analyst

Requirements and responsibilities:

1st line IT/Telecoms support

1st and 2nd line printer support

Backup 2nd line support for FGP during busy periods

Other duties assigned IT Management

Collaborating and interfacing with different project teams to find viable IT solutions to new requirements

Communicating IT/Telecoms changes

Manage IT/Telecoms equipment inventory

Coordinate and oversee extra space/storage for ordered equipment and report status of ordered POs

Coordinate shipment from Warehouse to IT/Telecom storage and organize delivery process if some items are not delivered or missing

Report in-service and in-stock equipment status and receive and store returned equipment from project

Decommission/Dispose of EOL or broken equipment

Send broken equipment under warranty to vendor

Maintain 3rd Party CAI database for Tengiz

Maintain dual laptop per position database

Apply for project facility codes

Management of IT documentation, processes and procedures

Semi-annual WAM report audit

Manage all IT/Telecoms Loan hardware
