Conduct KTL Plant Awareness Training (Russian, Kazakh, English)
Maintain Data Base for KTL Awareness Training
Manage the registration for KTL Awareness Training
Maintain KTL Awareness attendance register
Ensuring attendees HES Work Book has been updated with stamp
Develop reports to visualize the PTW data
Discuss reports with Plant Management as requested
Edit or modify reports as requested
Assist KTL Permit to Work Coordinator as requested by Interface Coordinator
Register Permits in PTW Data Base
Close Permits database
Provide assistance as requested by PTW Coordinator
Interaction with Maintenance, Operations, and Project Personnel in a professional manner
Facilitate teamwork by setting an example (behavior, communication)
Maintain an updated work schedule which has been agreed by PTW Coordinator and approved by KTL Interface Coordinator
Vacation request, time off or any changes to work schedule should be discussed with PTW Coordinator prior to the approval of KTL Interface Coordinator
Additional duties as requested by KTL Interface Coordinator
