• Knowledge of regulatory documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for monitoring the construction and installation works, rules for acceptance and handing over of completed construction facilities

• Knowledge of modern technologies and trends in the construction industry, partly in industrial construction
• Knowledge of the technology and methods of installation of metal structures, concrete, earthworks, the procedure for carrying out measures for quality control, geodetic works
• Knowledge of technological processes of construction of enterprises of the energy and/or metallurgical complex (depending on the specifics of the project)
• Knowledge of GOST, SNiP in the design and construction of industrial facilities. EN, ISO (additional advantage)
• Knowledge of regulatory and technical documentation in the field of construction of industrial facilities
• Practical experience in the field of operation and maintenance, an inspection of industrial buildings and structures (at least 5 years);
• • Knowledge of legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan governing the maintenance and repair of buildings and structures, master plans for industrial buildings, architectural and construction requirements
• Tolerances in construction
• Skills in the development of technical specifications for the design, construction of industrial buildings and structures

• Skills of working with design and estimate documentation, analysis of technical solutions and their optimization
• MS Office software skills (Word, excel, power point, Autocad)
• Skills of developing technical assignments for the design and construction of industrial buildings
• Maximum requirements (optional):
• Experience in engineering companies
• Knowledge of the principles of project management (initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring and control, closure)
• Knowledge of the requirements for the composition and quality of engineering documentation and the principles of its adaptation to local design standards.
• Fluent Kazakh, Russian and English (writing and speaking)
