ELC Lead, Tengiz 28/28

Requirements:

1.     Required Minimum five (5) years of construction experience.

2.     Three (3) years of industrial project / environmental related experience.

3.     Technical Education (Environmental Science or HES disciplines).

4.     Russian and Kazakh, English Language is PLUS.

5.     Leadership / coaching / influencing / mentoring experience.

6.     Experience in client/customer liaison service industry.

7.     Knowledge of HES principles.

8.     Able to deal with evolving situations in a fast-moving environment.

9.     PC competency, strong administrative acumen, well organised with strong communication skills.

Must be familiar with:

·         TCO Environmental and CHESM related OE processes

·         FGP-CCEP Contract Exhibit D6

·         TCO Safety Instructions and policies

·         Applicable ROK Safety codes

·         Engineering ecology;

·         RoK and TCO requirements, methods and procedures to obtain emission permits and industrial environmental control, waste management and remediation;

·         RoK legal obligations and regulatory legal acts;

·         Corporate guidelines and requirements for environmental protection.

·         International Finance Requirements, notably Equator Principles and Performance Standards.

Must have the skills to:

 ·         Adequately recognise unsafe actions and conditions

·         Identify and mitigate safety issues

·         Effectively communicate with Contractor employees and Subcontractor representatives, Area HES Coordinator, PMT, ELC Specialists, HES Specialists, and regulatory officials

·         Monitor, assess and identify opportunities for HES improvement
