KAZ Minerals Projects B.V. is looking for Cost Accountant, Project Controls Group, Aktogay Expansion Project.
Work Schedule: 14 working days/7 days off at Aktogay Expansion Site
· Higher Education;
· Experience of delivering Cost Control or Administrative tasks in various types and size of offices;
· Min. 1-3 years of experience in the production industry or/and relevant previous experience at an appropriate level in an office environment;
· Russian, English-Upper Intermediate, Kazakh is a plus;
· Proficient in MS Office Applications, Internet.
JOB DUTIES:
· Responsible for checking all project related invoices for correctness;
· Responsible for correct invoice coding and issuing Payment Authorization Forms;
· Responsible for the provision of Cost Control services to ensure accurate, timely and value added analysis and reporting of costs;
· Assist with preparation of the Project Cost report and ensure all input for Corporate reporting are provided in a timely manner;
· Assist project cost controls teams with timely and accurate data gathering and delivery issues;
· Become proficient in the use of the support tool for cost controls and reporting;
· Manage self development to stay current with best practice methods for cost controls.
