Requirements:

• Minimum College degree;
• Consolidated knowledge, experience and understanding of Control and Monitoring systems with particular reference to Security and Emergency Control Rooms – essential.
• Minimum two years’ experience in field operations at Kashagan project, or security operations at other projects – essential. Optionally, at least three years ‘in house’ experience of security control systems monitoring and administration.
• Knowledge and understanding of how CCTV technology system works including Video Management Applications – an advantage.
• Knowledge and understanding of how Electronic Access Control System works – an advantage.
• Knowledge and understanding of how security early detection systems work (Radars, Fiber Optic Systems, Extreme Long Range Thermal Imaging Systems) – an advantage.
• Knowledge and understanding of Standard Operating Procedure principle – an advantage.
• Experience and understanding of problem solving techniques – an advantage.
• Experience and understanding of emergency response process - an advantage.

• Good level of English, Russian and Kazakh language ability with particular emphasis on security and oilfield technical terminology.

Responsibilities:

Quality Control and Monitoring Operations
- Conduct CCTV surveillance according to the surveillance plan to anticipate, detect and prevent any incidents, suspicious events and emergency situations.
- Control the quality performance of security guards and receptionists to ensure the work instructions are implemented effectively.
- React on any electronic or mechanical alarm received according to the company procedures.
- Be geopolitical and situational aware of any possible threats and risks, any activities conducted on site in the area of responsibility.
- Report and administer all detected incidents, non-compliances and variances according to Call-Out List and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Receive information and timely register incidents and events in the Security Incident Management System and ensure that it is consistent, precise and followed up.
- Conduct systems tests (radio, telephones, PC, CCTV, data recording per system per site, etc.).
- Maintain serviceable electronic security systems per shift throughout. In the event of technical defect, report immediately in order to limit systems’ downtime.
- Ensure effective handing and taking over procedures on arrival and before going off duty.
- Ensure effective mail communications (mail evidence) using the official mail system.
- Ensure effective radio and telephone communications with all security stakeholders on site at all times.
- Fulfill the function of security badge office and visitor reception during weekends and after hours.
- Other goals and tasks related to Control Room activities set by line management
Emergency Call Centre
- Act as a focal point in case of any reported or detected emergency incident.
- React and report the emergency as per the approved Call-Out procedure.
- Ensure availability of the updated contact numbers (including emergency numbers) at the start of the shift.

Information Security
- Ensure that the Control Rooms remain secure at all times and only authorized personnel are allowed to access the Control Room offices.
- Manage and control all data according to company policy and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of the information in the Control Rooms.
- Ensure effective recordkeeping and filing systems of all occurrences at all times for references purposes. Collect evidence where applicable in preparation of investigations later on.
- Ensure that information are timely and properly collected, recorded and reported to management according to procedures and instructions.
Reporting
- Provide the approved security data reports to Security customers in proper and in timely manner.
- Report about all technical failures in timely manner.
