Eligibility:

Official duties

- develop, submit and coordinate transportation processes;

- to carry out the process of customs clearance of cargoes and coordination of brokers of the Company.

- to participate in the process of payments for freight forwarding and custom clearance procedures;

- to manage the transportation of goods, to determine the methods of transportation, based on the most effective schemes of transport organizations and the most optimal modes of transport (in accordance with the standards for the transport of certain types of goods), transportation tariffs, technical and operational, economic and cost parameters of transportation;

- ensure the conclusion of contracts for transportation, freight forwarding and other services related to the transport of goods;

- to coordinate the interaction of the company's divisions in accordance with the developed approved Work Instructions;

- to provide the document control, storing and archiving of the information related for Procurement, Transportation and Custom clearance;

- analyze the quality of transportation and the timeliness of delivery of goods;

 Requirements

- higher education;

- accuracy in working with documents;

- observation of timeliness;

- analyze the quality of transportation and the timeliness of delivery of goods;

- know the rules of INCOTERMS, the rules of transportation, transportation, customs clearance.

- participate in the sales process of the department and make efforts to develop the direction DISTRIBUTION AND SALES
