Location: Tengiz 28/28

·     General understanding of Systems Completion & Turnover Process - Main Plant, Site Infrastructure Turnover Procedures, MCPlus database, Turnover Dossier Procedure, Punch List Procedure

·     Labor Law. Provisions and requirements of the applicable ROK legislative-regulatory documents (laws, regulations, provisions, directions, standards and technical specifications) as they relate to Turnover requirements

·     Theoretical and practical management of construction documentation review, acceptance and archiving

·     Plan development process and evolution criteria of its implementation

·     Various office software programs (excel, word, ppt, etc) for tracking incoming turnover records

·     General understanding of Construction & Commissioning quality records, As-Built drawings, Mechanical Completion

·     Proficient knowledge of written and oral Business English

·     Information processing methods using modern communication technology and computers
