Director of Sales & Marketing, location is Almaty, Kazakhstan

 Job Responsibilities:

·  Manage daily sales activities, plan and assign work

·  Develop team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback 

·  Develop and maintain great working relationships with key clients and outside contacts to increase revenue 

·  Hit all personal/team sales goals and maximise profitability 

·  Help prepare the departmental budget and financial plans including the marketing plan  

·  Produce monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyse current/potential market and sales trends, coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share and monitor performance to ensure actual sales meet or exceed established revenue plan

 Requirements:

 ·  Bachelor’s degree preferably marketing

·  Strong sales experience (Experience in a hospitality is very much desirable)

·  Fluent English

·  Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends in hospitality required
