EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor degree in finance;

Minimum 3 years experience as Material Accountant;

Knowledge of Kazakh, Russian languages

English language – min. Intermediate level

Job functions:

·         Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly reports on timely basis.

·         Keep books of account up to date and in good order.

·         Ensure as far as possible that books and reports are kept / prepared in accordance with

RoK legal requirements and in accordance with Group policies.

·         Responsible for customs declaration review and insert in accounting database

·         Maintain inventory

·         Maintain fixed asset and depreciation administration.

·         Write-off and record of fuels and lubricants

·         Responsible for submission of Kazakh content record to the clients

·         Work with National bank on Accountancy

·         Static accountancy       

·         Assist Chief Accountant as required.

·         Process creditors invoices and maintain purchase ledger.

·         Prepare creditor payments in liaison with Chief Accountant

·         Prepare and book monthly personnel allocation.

·         Book sales invoices and prepare VAT lists for Chief Accountant.

·         Provide reimbursable data for sales invoicing and reconcile accounts.

·         Perform banking duties as required.
