Job Accountabilities:

·         Arrange and coordinate Safety meetings, maintain recording and distribution of MoM and track attendance sheets;

·         Collect weekly and monthly highlights and timely providing for the requesters;

·         Responsible for Operations Safety integrity Web page to keep it updated;

·         Assist in developing Safety Promotional and Awareness materials for Safety Campaigns;

·         Support in logging of evidences of HSE campaigns to ensure that all evidences are visible and filled properly;

·         Provide full support in implementation of the Company HSSE culture programs;

·         Assist in developing and communication of safety messages via Bulletins, HSSE Boards;

·         Provide support in reviewing Contractor documents: HSE Plans, Emergency Response Plans, HSSE Procedures etc;

·         Provide support in Technical HSE evaluations of tender documents;

·         Assist in monitoring execution of Contractors HSE Management Plan;

·         Provide support in collecting Contractors HSE statistics and reporting in an accurate and timely manner and that NCOC N.V. maintain successful delivery of the Key Performance Indicators;

·         Assist in monitoring execution of Site HSE Plans and following up with relevant parties on the timely completion of assigned actions;

·         Monitor safety management tours register findings and follow up actions, and distribute to action parties;

·         Carrying out Safety Inspections and Site Visits as required;

·         Assist in the Incident Investigation and Reporting process;

·         Assist in raising SAP notifications and procurement support via SAP system;

·         Participating in the development of HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);

·         Participating in Assurance activities (i.e., audits, inspections, reviews etc.);

·         Assist in developing Safe-R, PTW level 2, TRIC card, GRUVI analysis;

·         Assist in uploading procedures in EDMS and coordination of safety related documents;

·         Assist in arranging Safety Day events preparing an agenda and other related activities;

·         Produce and provide ad hoc reports, presentations, illustrative graphics and other departmental information as necessary in support of POD Ops management;

·         Supporting and participating in Emergency Drills and Exercises as required.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

The job holder must have:

·         Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering discipline is preferable

·         Minimum 2-3 years in HSSE

·         Knowledge in PTW procedure

·         Knowledge of risk assessment procedures

·         Knowledge in safety inspection

·         Knowledge in accident and incident investigation

·         Knowledge in behavioral change programs

Required Minimum for HSE Training for position based in Atyrau:

·         HSE Induction
