- Integrity, good personal and communication, diplomatic skills.
- Potential for analytic skills and modeling techniques.
- Organization and facilitation skills.
- Ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work smoothly and effectively in a team environment and within a diverse community.
- Ability to prioritize and perform tasks per defined instructions / procedures / guidelines and independently.
- Ability to prepare documentation to a high standard; written and presentation skills.
- Good standard of English language written and spoken. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from different organizational levels.
- PC-based experience essential.
- Awareness of Management System certification processes (ISO Certification process in particular).
- Awareness of process analysis and design and practical application.
- Awareness of techniques for process modeling and improvement.
- Awareness of management principles and standards.
- Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environment) in its development, evaluation and/or improvement.
