CMS Business Process Advisor ( for KZ passport holders)
Requirements :
University Degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Auditing and Quality Management, Health and Safety Management or closely related field
3 years of experience in Management System and process analysis and/or relevant oil and gas experience.
Knowledge and practical experience of techniques for organizational design, process analysis and its improvement, technology assimilation, organizational change, and process modeling.
Knowledge and experience using mathematics and statistic tools to improve and optimize process performance.
Ability to prepare documentation to a high standard; written and presentation skills.
Good standard of English language written and spoken. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from different organizational levels.
PC-based experience essential.
Awareness of Management System certification processes (ISO Certification process in particular).
Awareness of process analysis and design and practical application.
Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environment) in its development, evaluation and/or improvement.
Ability to speak, read and write Russian and Kazakh languages.
