Delivery MOC Close out Specialist

Requirements and responsibilities:

• Knowledge of CMS system
• Experience in utilizing databases / implementation work process
• Understanding of Operations Assurance, in the associate Project Environment / Lifecycle, especially Major Capital Projects (MCP)
• Understand relationships between different databases

• Specific responsibilities include progressivley to track, validate and account for the completion of project deliverables for MOCs, RFSU and Handover to Operations. Provide readiness reports related to deliverables’ completion status: 

• MOC (Track and verify the consistency TCO component verification status in both databases – TCO MOC and CMS Ensure that MOC databases are up to date and accurate
• Engineering & Vendor deliverables (As-Builts/Redlines, PSI, Vendor Key & Action documents etc.)
• Quality Verifying Documents (checksheets, Acts, loops, hydrotests etc.)
• Regulatory Affairs deliverables (certificate, permits, approvals etc.)
• Preferable knowledge of English, Kazakh and Russian
