Instrumentation&Data Migration Lead Engineer (Only KZ passport holders) 

Location:   Tengiz 6x2 or 5x3

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and work direction to engineers within the SPEL/SPI teams.

• Provide input to project engineers on SPEL/SPI requirements during early project development phases.

• Provide input to and participate in project planning, scheduling and estimates.

• Ensure that all migrated information is correct and complies with ASME and API and other applicable national and international standards (to be familiar with SNiP and GOST standards is preferable)

• Be conversant with requirements of PUE

• Project manage the current out-sourced contract for the provision of electrical validation, site survey and other engineering services associated with the SPEL/SPI migration program.

• Review and approve out-sourced engineering company data to ensure conformity to SPEL/SPI standards.

• Create and maintain specifications and standards in SPEL/SPI, as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Instrumentation, Controls, Measurement or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.

• Business Administration or Project Management academic qualifications will be an advantage.

• 10+ years applicable experience in a similar position in the Petrochemical Industry.

Note: demonstrated experience in the Petrochemical Industry in senior or lead roles will be given equal weighting as academic qualifications.
