Environmental Engineer (For KZ residents only)

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Environmental Scientific
• Good knowledge of the RoK environmental legislation and practical experience in environmental monitoring programs.
• Deep knowledge of ecological monitoring procedures, laboratory requirements and standards within the RoK.
• Knowledge of the oil industry, especially its processes and related environmental impacts.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the O&G or other industry or consultancy in engineering, environmental or related science discipline relevant to the job.
• Proved experience in developing reports based on the results of environmental monitoring activity, environmental monitoring policies and procedures necessary to execute environmental surveys programs and coordinating the field works activities in terms of safety, overall effectiveness and satisfactory completion of assigned projects.
• Ability to implement change management in a multi-cultural environment;
• Computer literate on Microsoft Office, Project, GIS, Performance Monitoring;
• Ability to work in a multicultural, multinational team, with interfaces with multiple stakeholders;
• Inter-personal, presentation and organizational skills;
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, Kazakh and Russian;
• Knowledge and work experience in ISO 14001 and 9001 are preferable, waste management, laboratory-specific, environmental monitoring aspects;
