Payroll Accountant, 5/2, Atyrau (for Kazakhstan residents only)

International Oil & Gas Service Company is looking for a Payroll Accountant, 5/2, Atyrau (for Kazakhstan residents only).

Essential Responsibilities:

· Calculation and accrual payroll salaries for employees

· Make payments payroll salaries to employees, reconcile salary liabilities of expatriate employees to account of intercompany payables (Head Office)

· Calculation of payroll taxes, pension fund payments, social fund payments

· Prepare and enter into system (SAP) General Ledger journals related to accounting of payroll salaries and taxes in accordance with procedures and company’s policies

· Make monthly reconciliation of payroll General Ledger vs. analysis data from payroll system (1C)

· By request prepare and submit information to the internal control or external audit and to inspection authority’s representatives with sanction of chef accountant and/or finance manager The duties and responsibilities set forth above may be changed from time to time at the direction of the Company, with the agreement of the Employee. Qualifications/Requirements: · Higher Special Education;

Knowledge of accounting and accounts Desired Characteristics:

· Generally knowledge of accounting principles Kazakhstan and International Standards

· Knowledge of company’s business accounting formats and methods

· Computer literacy: Excel, Word, Microsoft Exchange

· Fluent English (oral and written)

· Independent, self- motivated worker
