AUTOMATION ENGINEERING CONSULTANT, TENGIZ, 28/28

Requirement:

• Coordinate Automation and Instrumentation Assessment Project activities performed by TCO Automation team jointly with Maintenance department, Equipment Reliability team, Process Engineering team and other TCO groups to ensure safe and reliable operation of process equipment.

• Provide high-quality support to the Automation team Process consultants, Process Control Engineers, Process Engineers as well as Instrumentation Zone Maintenance in Instrumentation-related systems operation to enable process optimization.

• Participate in MOC documentation development and their implementation in Control system.

• Monitor changes made in new Automation and Instrumentation-related as-built documentation revisions that are issued by Automation team.

• Participate in RCA incident investigations and make respective recommendations for Instrumentation technical solutions..

• Take part in Machinery Reliability team meetings on Instrumentation issues troubleshooting.

• Support Operations during process systems start-ups.

• Prepare/review required Automation and Instrumentation-related documentation for TCO projects.

• Make recommendations and develop procedure for TCO Maintenance department on Instrument system maintenance to enable safe and stable operation of different instruments.

• Provide support such as being point of contact for Instrumentation related issues for small projects such as partial stroke project, 1oo1 voting project, upgrade of ultrasonic flow meters etc.

• Participation in SIL assessments, Hazops and Safety reviews to give I&C input to various projects or problem resolution.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of all activities & improve equipment reliability
