Growth Projects Support Delivery Manager/Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility and accountability for the timely delivery of all Logistics projects and resource readiness in support of Company’s 5 year business plan. Challenge, assess, plan, execute and control effective and efficient forward and reverse flows of people, materials, equipment, and waste safely, securely and at the lowest possible total cost.

Continuous Improvement is an integral part of the Logistics Management Process to ensure lessons learned from performance measurement are implemented into future Logistics activities. Information is obtained, analysed and measured, during the ‘Measure Logistics Performance’ phase and incorporated into future Logistics requirements.

The role of Logistics is a critical enabler in achieving key Company business objectives.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or Project Management or multiyear proven experience in Project Management.

Proven experience of at least 10-12 years in a Project Management role, ideally within Oil and Gas and in remote environments.

Familiar with design and construction of marine asset or demonstrated equivalent level or expertise in oil and gas industry.

Demonstrated experience with Contracts Management process

Proven ability to lead teams with a calm and analytic approach to problem solving.
