Head of Recruitment ( for KZ passport holders)
Requirements:
University Degree (preferable in HRM, Legal, Public Affairs, Social Sciences)
Minimum 8-10 years HR experience in multinational, corporate environment (preferably within Energy / O&G),
2-3 years of which should have been in senior role, managing teams across multiple sites / locations
Minimum 3 years ‘end-to-end’ Resourcing experience - including the management & delivery of resourcing & selection projects and the design & delivery of effective resourcing & selection methodologies
Experience of managing (external) supplier relationships at senior level and of the practices and standards relating to the resourcing of high-calibre staff is an advantage
Sound understanding of relationship between resourcing and other HR processes / initiatives (e.g. reward / talent management / personnel engagement)
Knowledge of relevant Legislative frameworks (Employment, Diversity, Data Protection) and application within operational environment
Relationship Management skills (both internally and externally)
Ability to advise / coach on HR related issues
Computer literate on Microsoft programs: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Fluent English, Kazakh, Russian, preferably also Italian.
