Head of Engineering Lead ( for KZ passport holders)

 Requirements:

Degree BSc or equivalent level in Engineering.

Demonstrable experience (min. 6-8 years) and proven track record in oil & gas facilities or marine, coastal, navigation, hydraulic installations. 

Previous experience and familiarity with RoK and/ or other Caspian projects and marine projects.

Knowledge in regulatory, procedures and architecture of naval oil & gas transportation and marine engineering, regulations and International standards.

Good knowledge of International engineering standards, best practices, and systems.

Experience about shallow water navigation and facilities.

Experience in preparing scopes of work and managing contractors work will be an advantage.

Good technical, interpersonal and team-working skills.

Fluent written and spoken English. 

Proactive approach to decision process (in the pertinent discipline).

HSSE driven mindset

Knowledge of RoK navigation and marine regulation is a strength point but not mandatory.
