Qualification & Experience  Requirements:

·         A degree in Engineering or Equivalent , HND qualifications (higher technical education);

·         6-8 year experience in TA and maintenance with experience as a field coordinator/blockleader  with accountability for delivering various scope of TA work

·         Has experience with Management of Change process, budgeting, contract and procurement management. The Turnaround Coordinators shall have good understanding of various technical disciplines including of the Technical Authority process and assurance requirement.

·         Proven leadership, communication, coaching and facilitating capabilities

·         Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

·         Experience in use of current planning and scheduling methods and tools, eg Primavera

·         Experience of managing scope change pressures

·         Working knowledge of Project Engineering planning & execution methods

Working knowledge of Well Servicing planning & execution methods
