Development of mining plans for the long-term (10 years) period
• Provides technical support to users of the geographic information system;
• develops / coordinates and coordinates the work on determining the directions of development of mining operations by periods, taking into account the maximum profitability of mining in the RSVS software;
• develops / coordinates and coordinates the work on the development of quarry contours for 1-5, 7, 10 years in Surpac software;
• develops / coordinates and coordinates the work on the development of calendar plans in MineSched software and RSVS;
• justifies the choice of technologies, key equipment in the development of mining plans;
• calculates planned performance indicators for the use of the main mining and transportation equipment;
• calculates the needs of the main technological equipment to meet planned production volumes;
• assesses the applicability of advanced technologies and equipment;
• provides search and implementation of the best world practices;
• develops activities aimed at reducing operating costs.
Formation of an investment program for the main mining and transport equipment for the long term:
• makes a technical examination and determines the feasibility of implementing investment projects for planned periods;
• provides data for the calculation of TCO equipment;
• provides recommendations on the use of new (modern) technologies and equipment;
• coordinates the unification and standardization of the fleet of basic technological equipment;
• assesses the technical feasibility and prospects of technical and commercial proposals.
Coordination of mining plans for the short-term (1-3 months) and medium-term (18 months) periods:
• analyzes and agrees the production plan (of Drivers) and equipment overhauls (analysis for compliance with long-term programs, equipment modernization and strategies for the development of equipment and mechanisms, and docking with production plans);
• supervises and accompanies the construction and commissioning of key facilities;
• develops / analyzes / agrees technical specifications and requirements for the involvement of third-party organizations within its competence;
• develops / analyzes / approves technical projects and projects for the organization of work within its competence.
Development of corrective measures to achieve the targets of the Group enterprises
• collects and analyzes data on the implementation of planned production indicators;
• develops / analyzes / agrees recommendations on solving emergency work situations;
• identifies key risks, prepares and implements action plans to address key risks;
• searches, assesses applicability, and initiates the implementation of best global practices at the Group’s enterprises;
• monitors compliance with mining operations;
• collects and analyzes actual performance indicators for the use of the main mining and transportation equipment;
• carries out technical expertise of the mining part of the projects proposed for the Company (due diligence);
Coordination of mining plans for the Group's enterprises for the long and short term;
• analyzes and agrees the production plans of the Group's enterprises for the long and short term;
• analyzes and agrees the need for basic technological equipment to meet planned production volumes;
• conducts analysis and agrees on the technical feasibility of implementing investment projects in planning periods.
