- Ability to cope with fast changing priorities and fluctuations in workload.
- Must be able to take on a pro-active role as a key POD team member.
- Strong organizational ability, time management and problem solving skills;
- Ability to come up with a number of ideas about a topic;
- Ability to coach and develop others.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook, Visio and SAP
- Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
- Excellent drafting and reporting skills
