Responsibilities:

 Generate Offshore & Onshore Facilities operating envelopes.

 Advise on opportunities to optimize Offshore & Onshore energy and resources utilization (heat, power and water).

 Investigate process flow assurance issues, process control queries; update operating procedures and system optimization and troubleshooting.

 Contribute to best practices, new technologies and knowledge sharing to leverage improved functional responsiveness for the Offshore & Onshore Process team.

 Deliver process engineering support related to operations, commissioning and restart of offshore production gathering and treatment facilities. Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, IPF, Risk Assessments and QRA reviews. Carry out Process Engineering activities in accordance with applicable HSE practices and procedures.

 Support reviews of offshore process documentation including flow schemes, specifications and operating procedures.

 Contribute to process studies and make recommendations related to the Production Assets.

 Recommend and advise optimal and safe operating windows for all product streams.

 Review Offshore & Onshore environmental performance, licensing and reporting.

 Visit site locations as required.

 Responsible for planning own work and aligning with the team goals and priorities.

 Build routine relationships with different internal and external parties such as operations, environmental permitting, discipline engineering, integrated service contractors, vendors and engineering specialists from co venture partners.

 As delegated, represent DP&S Process Engineering and the PE community to different departments and organizations.

 Advise on the different technical requirements of the Asset and facilities. Coordinate these different relationships to achieve process engineering goals as outlined by the DP&S Engineering Team Lead.

 Generate new ideas and identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency of business processes.

 Support the Collaborative Work Environment (CWE) integrating surface and subsurface engineering including the Production Operations Support Centre (POSC) facilities and support contracts.

Skills:

Bachelor or Masters level degree in Process engineering, chemistry or equivalent.

• 3 years of upstream oil and gas industry experience.

• Proven good knowledge of Process Engineering, International engineering standards and best practices.

• Familiar with part of Project life cycle and/or experience in front line oil and gas production operations.

• Some experience of driving business improvement in engineering, key words being: technology, fit-for-purpose solutions and cost effectiveness.

• Proactive approach to decisional process.

• Full understanding of HSE importance in planning and executing projects.

• Previous experience and familiarity with RoK and/ or other Caspian projects will be considered as a plus.

• Ability to quickly establish relationships to ensure Process engineering processes and standards are consistently applied. Demonstrable interpersonal & communication skills. Energetic person with drive and stamina who is solution-oriented, and who can deal with a multitude of challenging issues positively. Promotes cooperation with other work units.

• Fluent English language skills. Ability to write and review technical documentation in English.

Technical Competences:

• Has Process Engineering knowledge to work with direction. The ability to undertake straight forward work.

• Have an understanding of Process Engineering Company and Industry Codes and Standards.

• The job requires Awareness of defining Process Safety Requirements.

• The job requires Awareness of supporting Energy, Utilities and Water Facilities.

• The job requires Awareness of Process Control & Real Time Optimization.

• The job requires knowledge of Process Modeling and Analysis.

• The job requires Awareness of Process Design Integrator.

• The job requires knowledge of Process Unit Design.

• The job requires Awareness of Gas Processing.

• The job requires Awareness of Fluid Flow and Flow Assurance
