Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
- Provides general admin support to Tengiz personnel
- DASH-8 flight/bus/train/accommodation reservations for Tengiz visitors
- Proceeds with business trip arrangements to/from Tengiz
- Trainings enrollment for visitors
- Coordinates Atyrau logistics and Hotel booking
- Meet and greet for visitors in Tengiz
- Provides PPE for visitors
- Contact list update
- Conference rooms and office booking in all Companies locations
- Temporary and permanent access arrangements for Companies personnel
- Submits IT remedy requests
- Orders business cards, stationary, material, etc.
- Assigned as floor warden
Requirements:
- High education – Bachelor degree in Humanitarian Faculty
- English – upper intermediate, Kazakh – fluent, Russian - fluent
- Experience 1-3 years
- PC skills – advanced user of MS package
