2.1. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
2.2. Fill in daily timesheet books according to the location of employees
2.3. Complete daily equipment sheet
2.4. Work with accounting department on preparing daily tickets
2.5. Deliver Time Tickets and Acts to Client at various locations as directed. Ensure Client responsible person is aware of signing requirement and act professionally with requests. If unable to acquire all signatures at time of delivery, tracking and follow up in a timely manner is required.
2..6. Registration employees’ badges on crew change days
2.7. Registration of inquiries - ‘salary statement’ and ‘confirmation of employment’
2.8. Distribute pay stubs
2.9. Translations (Kazakh-Russian-English, English-Russian_Kazakh)
2.10. Translate security reports and submit to Facilities Manager
2.11. Must to complete pre-shift physical screening, including:
- Pre-shift alcohol test
