Technical Analyst, Tengiz 28/28 (Only KZ Passports Holders)
Responsibilities:
Receive Transmittals from IMC and Project’s DCC for further distribution within OPS group per distribution list.
Compile and organize all received documentation in Access Database.
Create and populate Excel spreadsheets with information received from OPS consultants - Project template strategy
Regularly contribute & update daily, weekly, monthly and other reporting on duty activities
Coordinate with CDG group (Procedure Coordinator and Technical Analyst) in processing CP and TP.
Support OPS Consultants with assigning TP & CP numbers, checking format per alignment standards, PDF converting and downloading into TED-D-ILM
Monitor and ensure Procedures Matrix to be updated on timely basis in compliance with the status of incoming documentation.
Coordinate and schedule meetings using WEB EX
Support OPS personnel in performing other general office duties.
Support printing labels for pipelines and existing equipment for projects supervised by OPS
