• 
  Experience in  major complex Oil and Gas Projects (3 years) in an appropriate discipline  
• University Degree in relevant area (Engineering degree preferred)
• Experience in preparing and executing control procedures for both cost and planning.
• Experience in execution Project for production start-up  
• Familiar to report and having appropriate communication with senior/general managers.  
• Familiar with both Project and Company contract and finance procedures.
• Knowledge of computer based planning tools, e.g. MS Project / Primavera P6 including Microsoft suite e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with planning probabilistic and associated software.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to initiate and promote the discipline of cost/planning with other engineering/operations departments.
• Ability to prepare strategy plans to ensure that the planning tools are capable of meeting the company's business needs.
• Ability to assist in management reviews of existing Appraisal work activities
• Ability to create/update planning estimating/control methods and procedures to reflect the latest engineering and Project Execution philosophies.
• Familiar with the requirements and structure of Integrated Planning.
• Fluency in English;
