Lead Engineer Supervisor

Ø  High technical education

Ø  Possess a minimum of 6-year of operational experience in respective trade in the oil and gas industry and a minimum 3-year experience in a supervisory role

Ø  Certified by RoK or international regulatory body as per assigned job requirements

Ø  Complete all required training, including tests, within Company guidelines

Ø  Safe operation of equipment, hand and power tools, mechanical devices

Ø  Knowledge of use, limitations and maintenance of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for assigned work activities

Ø  Knowledge of hazards and safe work practices and procedures associated with the assigned work including by not limited to Lockout-Tagout, Confined Spaces, Emergency Action Plans, Safe Work Permits, Incident Reporting, and Hazard Identification Procedures

Ø  Knowledge of principles and processes involved in business and organizational planning, coordination, and execution. This could include strategic planning, resource allocation, manpower requirements, leadership techniques and production methods

Ø  Knowledge of legislative and other regulatory acts of RoK

Ø  Knowledge of materials, methods, and the appropriate tools to perform assigned work activities

Ø  Work independently and assist other technicians in the field while performing company work
